Circus Stretching Courses

All Circus Stretching courses come with a 60-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Other Courses

All other courses (including collaboration courses with guest instructors) come with a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Installment Plans

If you purchased a course on an installment plan, your refund will be processed based on the payments made to date. Please note that continued access to course content requires completing all scheduled installment payments. If payments are delayed or missed, access may be suspended and applicable refunds will be issued.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] within the applicable refund period. Please include your order number and the reason for your refund request.

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Refund requests submitted after the applicable refund period has expired cannot be honored.
