These terms cover the Circus Stretching app (iOS and Android) and its members’ community, operated by AZ Black Cat Marketing Limited (“we”, “us”). By signing in to the app you agree to these terms and to our App Privacy Policy.
Your account
The app is for members who bought a Circus Stretching program. You sign in with the email you bought with. Keep access to that email private, and use one account per person.
Community rules
The community is here to train, ask questions and cheer each other on. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post:
- harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech of any kind
- sexual or pornographic content
- spam, advertising, or links to sell something
- other people’s private information, or photos of people without their permission
- anything illegal
We remove content that breaks these rules, and we remove members who post it, without warning and without a refund of app access.
Reporting and blocking
Every post and comment in the app has a menu (the three dots) with Report and Block. Reports go straight to our team, and we review every report within 24 hours. Blocking a member hides their posts and comments from you right away. You can unblock people in Profile, Blocked members.
Your content
You own what you post. You give us permission to show it to other members inside the app and our community. You can delete your account at any time, and we can remove any content at any time.
Training safely
The programs are physical training. Warm up, work within your limits, and stop if something hurts. If you have an injury, a medical condition, or you are pregnant, talk to a doctor before you start. The app and the community do not give medical advice.
Course videos
Your programs are for your own personal use. Do not copy, record, share, or resell the videos.
Deleting your account
Profile, Delete account removes your app account and its data. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
