Help for the Circus Stretching app on iPhone and Android.
Signing in
Use the email address you bought your program with. The app emails you a 6-digit code, and the code works for 10 minutes. If it does not arrive within a minute, check your spam or promotions folder, then tap Resend code.
A program shows a lock
A lock means that program is not linked to the email you signed in with. Email us from the address you bought with, tell us which program is missing, and we will fix it.
Videos, downloads and reminders
Every lesson streams in the app. Tap Download for offline in a lesson to train without internet. Set training reminders in Profile, Reminders.
Reporting a post or a member
Tap the three dots on any post or comment, then Report or Block. We review every report within 24 hours. See the Terms and Community Rules.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to Profile, Delete account. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
