This policy covers the Circus Stretching mobile app (iOS and Android), operated by AZ Black Cat Marketing Limited (“we”, “us”). Our website and checkout have their own privacy policy.
What we collect
Account information. Your email address (to sign you in with a one-time code) and your name and optional profile photo (shown in the members’ community).
Training activity. Lessons you complete, minutes trained, effort ratings (RPE), streaks, favourites, and training reminders you set. We store these to show you your own progress.
Community content. Posts and comments you choose to publish to the members’ community are visible to other members.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos library, health data from your device, advertising identifiers, or any payment details (the app sells nothing).
What we use it for
To sign you in, deliver the lessons your membership includes, show your progress, send the login code email, and deliver training reminders you schedule. We do not sell your data, we show no ads, and we do not use your data for advertising or tracking across apps.
Where it lives
Account and training data are stored on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. Login code emails are delivered via Resend. Community posts are stored on our community server. Videos are streamed from our video CDN.
Deleting your account
Profile → Delete account permanently removes your app account and its data (progress, favourites, reminders, push tokens). Your course purchase and website login are a separate service and are not affected. You can also email us and we’ll do it for you.
