My story

I'm not naturally flexible.

I worked in marketing until I was 26. I sat at a desk all day. I didn't stretch. I didn't do any sport.

Then I found pole dance. I loved it. But years in an office had locked up my body. My range was small. Every new trick hit the same wall: flexibility.

Then my coach signed me up for a pole competition in Spain. He didn't ask me. I had 90 days to get ready.

So I had to figure out flexibility fast. I went down the rabbit hole. I tried yoga. Ballet. Even gymnastics. It was slow and some of it hurt.

Then a circus workshop came to town. I trained with the contortionists and it finally clicked.

Circus flexibility works in a different way. You don't just hold a stretch and wait. You build strength at the end of your range. You train mobility and body awareness at the same time.

I wanted to learn more. I studied advanced flexibility training in Saint Petersburg, Russia. I did my yoga teacher training in Mysore, India. Today I travel the world and I keep learning from new coaches.

Then I took the circus methods and everything I learned along the way. I turned it into one program for adults with busy lives. That's Circus Stretching.

It's not for contortionists. It's not for circus artists. It's for adults who want to move freely in their body.

What Circus Stretching is

  • An online follow-along program in 5 levels, from beginner to advanced
  • 30 classes, about 14 hours in total
  • Every level starts with an evaluation class. You take photos so you can see your progress
  • The method trains mobility, strength and awareness together
  • Most classes take 20 to 35 minutes. The longest takes about 50. There's also a 10-minute class for busy days
  • Hanna recommends 2 to 3 sessions a week. This is not full-time contortion training
  • One payment, lifetime access and a 60-day money-back guarantee
  • Works on the web and in the Circus Stretching app for iPhone and Android

Who it's for

Adults who don't have much time but want to move with more freedom. People who feel stiff after years at a desk. People stuck in the same split for years. People who want to get better at their sport. In a lot of sports flexibility is the bottleneck. It holds people back and takes the fun out.

Students include dancers, pole and aerial athletes, martial artists, swimmers and yoga teachers.

Students and reviews

  • 4,344 people in at least 86 countries have joined Circus Stretching (count on October 19, 2026)
  • Every student gets the private Circus Stretching community. By September 2026, 176 students had posted wins, progress photos and feedback there
  • Hanna answers students herself. By July 2026 she had written 395 of the 1,359 comments in the community
It might not seem like much, but it’s more progress in 3 months than I’ve done in the last 3 years!

I love your classes, approach, techniques, etc. On point, modern science based, no bs.

I was able to achieve my front splits (at least on my right leg) after being stuck at the same spot with random stretching practices for about 1 year now
